When you request a trial lesson through LineSportPro, you are expressing interest in a specific sports academy. This request is sent directly to the provider. The academy will follow up with you to confirm the date, time, and any necessary preparations for your child's first session.
Cancellation of Trials
If you need to cancel or reschedule a requested trial lesson, we ask that you contact the sports academy directly as soon as possible. Because schedules are managed locally by the schools, LineSportPro cannot automatically cancel or reschedule sessions on your behalf.
No Payments Processed
LineSportPro does not collect, process, or hold any payments for classes, memberships, or paid trial lessons. Any financial transactions, including registration fees or monthly tuition, are handled entirely between you and the respective sports academy.
Provider Policies
Because payments are made directly to the academies, any requests for financial refunds, credits, or membership cancellations are subject strictly to the individual policies of that specific sports school. We strongly encourage parents to review the refund and cancellation terms of the academy before committing to a paid program.
Handling Disputes
While we vet the academies listed on our platform for quality and safety, LineSportPro cannot mediate financial disputes between parents and schools. If you experience an issue regarding a payment or refund, you must resolve it directly with the management of the sports academy.
Directory Support
If you encounter a school that consistently fails to honor scheduled trial lessons or misrepresents their programs on our directory, please inform our support team. We monitor user feedback closely to ensure that all listed academies maintain the high standards expected by our community.
